Grandma is in town and spoiling sydney (pink ruffles and all). We are lovin' it. My mom is an ultra mom. I guess six kids will do that for ya. After a few nights of zero sleep {literally zero}, my mom helped me realize that the cabbage, onions, and brocolli I have been eating are causing this gal some serious gas in her tummy! Last night she slept like an angel. Today is a great day. Thank goodness for moms huh? They know all the secrets!

  1. you're so pretty!! and so is she :)

  2. hahaha...yah, onions and broccoli and NOT a baby's best friend. Garlic doesn't do much good for them either ;) and therefore, not good for you. As you've been discovering, if they don't sleep, neither do you. And you both need it. I hope you have some baby gas medicine on hand though for times you eat the wrong thign by accident.

  3. With Henry, I couldn't eat any more tomato sauce than there is on one small slice of pizza. It was hard not to have pasta with red sauce, but it didn't taste good enough to put him through that, or myself.
Don't worry, it's not forever, and you'll be able to eat those foods again when you're done nursing. :)
